Applications

CT/PT Transformer

Twin offers one best solution for CT/PT transformers. With casting processes that are perfected to avoid any micro cracks our machines ensure homogeneous mix and removes even the slightest traces of air. Dispensing is done one corner ensuring material rises on its own.

Insulators

Epoxy resin insulator making involves handling of materials with very high viscosity and requires uniformity in heat. Twin’s machines are designed provide consistent flow characteristics along with unfirm heat for curing resulting in even shrinkage and less stress concentration.

Bushings

Bushings can be made using open air casting and in case of very high quality bushings, APG processes are required. To avoid any micro cracks casting process has to be perfect and highly accurate. Bubble free material, homogeneous mixing are few of the important points for bushings.

DTT

Twin offers highly advanced solutions for DTT. Environment friendly and fire safe DTT are highly in demand and requires zero moisture and uniform heat at the time of casting. uniform heat results in even shrinkage and less stress concentration. Degassing process confirms air traces are totally removed. The speed of cooling down after cure is also critical. The cool-down should be gradual rather than "shocking" the part.
