Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Requirements:

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and execute key accounting, compliance, and reporting tasks. The role involves handling bank reconciliations, statutory payments, GST/TDS returns, export documentation, and MIS preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Bank Reconciliation & Entries: daily bank reconciliations ensure accurate entries.
2. TDS Compliance: Prepare, pay and file TDS returns; generate Form 16.
3. GST Compliance: – File Annual Return.
4.  Prepare, file monthly/quarterly GST returns; reconcile with GSTR-2B.
5. Statutory Payments: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF—ensure timely payment
6. PT Returns: Prepare, file Professional Tax returns.
7. Insurance: Monitor policies, coordinate renewals.
8. Customs Duty, Foreign Remittances: Process payments, documentation.
9. Vendor Management: Maintain aging, process payments.
10. Forex Gain/Loss: Compute, report.
11. Exports: Prepare documents (shipping, invoices).
12. Internal Audit: Ensure compliance in assigned areas.
13. MIS: Prepare management reports, track deadlines.

*Minimum Qualifications & Experience:*

– Education: CA (Inter) or MBA (Finance)
– Experience: 4-5 years in accounts, taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance.

– *Skills*:

– Proficient in Tally Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP (preferred), Excel, GST Portal, e filing.
– Knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS), foreign exchange.
– Compliance-driven, detail-oriented, analytical.
– *Preferred*: Exposure to exports, customs.

About the Internship :
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Design Intern to join our Design team for a period of 6 months. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience for students currently pursuing B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure in product design and development using industry-standard software. Upon successful completion of the Internship, based on performance & organizational requirements, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment as a Jr. Engineer in design department.

Key Responsibilities :

•  Assist in preparing 2D drawings and 3D models of components and assemblies.
• Support in designing mechanical parts under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand real-world design requirements.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Currently pursuing B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (3rd or 4th year preferred).
• Strong interest in mechanical design and product development.
• Availability for full-time internship (6 months).
