Precision, quality and high volume PU Casting for Screens and Mats
Polyurethane (PU) screens, including its modular versions, have been traditionally used in mining, sand and gravel as well as aggregate-ore processing. Filp Flow and Flip Flop screens along with tensioned PU screens are also gaining popularity in recent times. Twin’s 2/3 Component Cast PU technology is well proven for MDI/TDI and NDI materials and processes that could be used in the manufacture of such screens.
Manufacturing of PU screens through casting prcocess requires accurate mixing ratio for large volume processing. Twin Engineers has machines with flow rate up to 20 Kg/min to enable faster production of large mats. Clients also use Twin’s machines for PU liners, and other wear resistance and screening requirements for dry and wet materials.
The Machines are well proven for Flip Flop screening panels. The Flip Flop panels are typically subjected to ongoing stress in its operations and the quality of cast PU is critical to performance and long-life of the mats. Casting for PU panels for screening or classification of fine abrasive sands is also possible with Twin’s range of machines for Cast PU processes.
