The Client, a mid-sized but progressive casting manufacturer, was keen to automate its mixing and dispensing process in order to boost its exports and earn a premium on pricing. Twin’s Open Casting Machine for Transformers comes with several advanced features, including touch screen HMI, thin film degassing, precision gear metering pumps and more. The Client chose the machine for its best cost-to-value ratio. Twin on its part, invested time and efforts to perform trials at its R&D center with Client’s molds and materials, ensuring complete tuning of the Machine before dispatch.

Further, Twin’s team trained the Operators at Client’s end to ensure their comfort & proficiency when switching to an automated casting process. The Operators were also trained on basic routine maintenance, trouble shooting and cleaning procedures to facilitate uninterrupted production.
