Twin has developed specialized systems for infusion of two-component resin used for fiber matting process in the manufacturing of windmill rotor blades. The systems allow accurate ratio control throughout the infusion process and thus ensures the best efficiency in wind blade production.
Twin’s meter mix dispensing systems for two component epoxy resin ensures accurate mixing ratio for the adhesives and are specially designed for high volume dispensing of the glue in stipulated time. Twin’s systems are well proven for these paste-like adhesives with viscosity exceeding several thousand MPA’s. The systems are available in both, mobile as well as stationary version, as per the needs. In the mobile version system moves parallel to the blades while applying the adhesives.
